Protect the Future of Public Safety in Palos Verdes Estates
The current Measure E parcel tax expires in 2027.
A grassroots coalition of neighbors has launched a citizen-led initiative to qualify a responsible replacement for Measure E on the June 2026 ballot—to maintain public safety, support local law enforcement, and preserve the quality of life in Palos Verdes Estates.
We are currently collecting signatures from registered PVE voters so this proposed measure can qualify for the ballot and give our community the power to decide.
*The Petition can only be signed in person on an official campaign petition form. Contact us at campaign@pvefuture.com to arrange a time and place to sign in person.
A Renewed Funding Measure would:
Maintain Local Law Enforcement
Ensure we retain our independent Palos Verdes Estates Police Department, keeping law enforcement decisions and accountability under local control.
Support Fire Protection & Emergency Medical Services
Provide stable funding to maintain reliable LA County Fire Department and EMS services that protect lives and property across our community.
Preserve 911 Emergency Response Times
Ensure fast, reliable emergency dispatch and response when every second counts.
Help Prevent Home Burglaries, Thefts, and Other Crimes
Support proactive policing, neighborhood patrols, and community safety programs that deter crime and protect our homes.
Without action, our community faces cuts to public safety, growing deficits, and reduced services.
